Partnership Manager

Responsibilities
  • Identify new potential partnerships for Digitaraya

Partnerships Officer

Responsibilities
  • Work with Head of Partnerships to develop relationships with partners to build the Digitaraya brand and business
  • Support Head of Partnerships to evaluate Digitaraya partnership opportunities and develop proposals
  • Identify opportunities for new projects or synergies with existing projects to create stronger partnerships
  • Build the organizational network through targeted outreach to potential partners
  • Liaise with Head of Partnerships to solve issues & communicate needs from partners
  • Maintain database of current and potential partnerships and report on key metrics
  • Liaise with other teams at Digitaraya and support other projects as required
Minimum Qualifications
  • 1-2 years experience in sales or business development

Program Manager

Responsibilities
  • Work closely and report to Head of Strategy & Planning to manage and create the program guidelines
  • Build and manage the communications with speakers and mentors
  • Identify and maintain relationships with program’s key partners, speakers, mentors, and participants
  • Develop briefs and execute our accelerator programs
  • Develop program budgets for approval by Head of Strategy & Planning
  • Develop reports for approval by Head of Strategy & Planning
  • Work closely with the Startup Relations for scouting and selecting startups to ensure high quality startups which fits with the accelerator program criteria
  • Research for best practices for program development
Minimum Qualifications
  • 2-3 years experience in program and project management
  • Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining relationships with clients
  • Demonstrated experience in managing relationships with stakeholders and inter-units support teams
  • Passion for working in Indonesia’s startup ecosystem

Startup Relations Officer

Responsibilities
  • Work with Head of Startup Relations to monitor and support startups during, before, and after the program
  • Conduct research to identify high-potential startups for Digitaraya’s programs
  • Support the development of communication materials to highlight the impact of our startups and programs
  • Develop startup mapping to identify partnership, investment & acquisition opportunities
  • Build a good relationship with the startups and conduct weekly check-ins with the startups to monitor their progress throughout and after the program
  • Raise concerns about or from the startups to the Head of Startup Relations as required, and work to identify and implement resolutions
Minimum Qualifications
